Simple Tasty Recipes

Ingredients for 8 Servings

  • 1/3 cup

    unsalted sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 cup

    pumpkin seeds 

  • 1/3 cup

    cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup

    chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup

    sesame seeds

  • 1 tbs

    psyllium husks

  • 1/4 cup

    melted coconut oil

  • 1 cup

    boiling water

  • 1 tsp


  • Optional

    Rosemary fresh and finely cut Garlic salt instead of plain


  1. Preheat oven to 150c.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  3. Add oil and boiling water.

  4. Keep stirring until it forms a dough (5 mins).

  5. Place dough on an oven tray on baking paper.

  6. Put another sheet of paper over the top Roll with a rolling pin to about 2mm thickness.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes

  8. Cut into 5cm X 5cm pieces.

  9. Serve with cheese.
