Crunchy crackers
unsalted sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
cup almond flour
chia seeds
sesame seeds
psyllium husks
melted coconut oil
boiling water
salt
Rosemary fresh and finely cut Garlic salt instead of plain
Preheat oven to 150c.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add oil and boiling water.
Keep stirring until it forms a dough (5 mins).
Place dough on an oven tray on baking paper.
Put another sheet of paper over the top Roll with a rolling pin to about 2mm thickness.
Bake for 30 minutes
Cut into 5cm X 5cm pieces.
Serve with cheese.
